100% Of manufacturing recyclable residues are reutilized in the manufacturing. Production lines reutilize closed water circuits that are adequately treated resulting in a 0% discharge of residual waters into the environment. Gas emissions levels are analysed periodically to confirm its conformity with local and European rules and regulations. Whenever necessary appropriate treatment systems are in place.
100% of non-reusable cardboard boxes and wooden pallets are sent to the respective recycling centres.
Permanent monitorization of all processes and systems allow for improved quality, minimizing waste and resources to reduce any environmental impact to a minimum. CINCA has strict environmental control systems implemented, which in many aspects, are beyond that required by European Union regulations.
CINCA’s Integrated Management System is submitted periodically to third party evaluation that monitor CINCA’s capacity to comply with legal regulations, as well as the achievement of targets set out by the company itself.
Under normal conditions of use, life span of ceramic wall and floor tiles is higher than any other product conceived for the same use.
Ceramic products are considered inert and no particular care is required in its treatment as a residue. In the event of replacement, ceramic tiles are easy to recycle and may be used as raw materials for other industries.
All packaging materials (boxes, plastic and wooden pallets) are totally recyclable and easily reutilized.

CINCA have obtained the GREENGUARD Gold Certification for its Ceramic Floor and Wall Tiles. Products that have achieved GREENGUARD Certification are scientifically proven to meet some of the world’s most rigorous, third-party chemical emissions standards — helping reduce indoor air pollution and the risk of chemical exposure while aiding in the creation of healthier indoor environments. The GREENGUARD Certification is recognized and referenced in numerous building programs, standards and specifications around the world. Products with GREENGUARD Certification or GREENGUARD Gold Certification can contribute to the achievement of points in established green building rating systems (as the LEED® system managed by USGBC®), satisfy code or ordinance criteria and meet indoor air quality specific RFP requirements.
